The celebration on completion of the factory of Jiangmen Tenghui Rubber Co., Ltd. was held in the second industrial zone of Man Lung Group on May 21st, 2007. Relevant officials from the local municipality, district and town, leaders from the company and around 250 guests participated in the celebration hosted by Duruan Town Chief Zhao Honghui.
On that morning, colorful flags were flying on both sides in front of the gate and everyone was excited. Some primary students in green standing on both sides were waving flowers smilingly and the others wearing hats and uniforms were playing drums joyfully. At ten fifty, the officials and guests arrived at the splendid pavilion set in Tenghui and got well seated. At eleven o'clock sharp, master Zhao announced the opening of the ceremony and made an address.
General Manager Huang Tianxing of Tenghui, after showing his great gratitude to the leaders and guests, addressed that 'Jiangmen Tenghui Rubber Co., Ltd is a Hong Kong and Taiwan's enterprise specializing in autocycle tires and tubes plus rubber goods. Its total investment is 270 million RMB with 211 acres of building area. The plants will be built in two phases and that of the first phase covering 58,000㎡ can accommodate up to four assembly lines. After pilot production, the output of tires and tubes will be raised to 6 million sets annually and production value 500 million RMB. Now the first line has been started since May and the other ones will be set up in succession after the first pilot project goes well. In order to become more competitive and qualified in the industry, we have imported main production and testing facilities and invited technical professors to join in so as to enhance the quality of our products.'
"Sticking to the philosophy of FAITH, DILIGENCE, CREATIVITY, WIN-WIN, Tenghui staff will always strive to develop better to contribute more to the society in return." General Manager Huang said.
It was time to cut ribbons at eleven eight. Standing Committee Member of Jiangmen Municipal Government Committee Wang Xiao, Vice Chairman of NPC Chen Zhaoping, Vice-President of Jiangmen Political Consultative Conference Wang Shuxing, Chief of Pengjiang District Qin Youpeng, President of Pengjiang District Political Consultative Conference Zhang Xiuping, Secretary of Duruan Town Committee Wang Jiebao, Chairman of the Board Wong Oi Kwok, Member of the Board Lin Yuanbao and General Manager Huang Tianxing stepped on the stage vigorously. When they were invited to cut the ribbons, the high tide came with exciting Lion dance, music and clapping. The memorable moment has been recorded and will become a precious souvenir for Tenghui.
As one of the celebrations on twenty investment programs finished in Jiangmen Pengjiang District, the opening ceremony of the factory of Jiangmen Tenghui Rubber Co., Ltd was completed successfully. In fact, the foundation indicates that Tenghui will act as a pioneer manufacturer of tires and tubes of autocycle in Jiangmen.
